About the role

  • Junior Online Marketing Manager/Social Media Manager at Gramercy Global Media developing and optimizing marketing strategies for a global clientele. Working in a hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, implementation and optimization of Meta and LinkedIn campaigns
  • Social media content creation (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Social media community management (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Google Ads, Microsoft Ads
  • Web analysis with Google Analytics
  • Preparation of client presentations and proposals

Requirements

  • 1 year of hands-on experience in social media marketing (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Experience with search engine marketing (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) is a plus
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is an advantage
  • Passion for online marketing and social media
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Curious, eager to learn and committed
  • Active, self-reliant and structured working style with strong analytical skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
