About the role

  • Digital Marketing Manager leading high-impact paid campaigns to drive qualified pipeline. Collaborating with Product Marketing and Sales teams to optimize resources and achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution of high-impact paid campaigns across channels like Search, Social, Display, and CTV to drive qualified pipeline and revenue
  • Manage and pace multi-million-dollar media budgets, making data-driven allocation decisions to maintain a strong return on ad spend while ensuring high lead quality
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Sales, define targeted messaging and audience segments to evolve our narrative across the full funnel
  • Responsible for continuous optimization, developing testing roadmaps, and translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience B2B marketing, with direct ownership of digital marketing program
  • Content strategy experience, preferred
  • Experience fintech or startup environments, preferred
  • Proficiency in Tabaleau or other data visualization tools
  • Ability to translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders
  • Proven track record of executing digital campaigns that influenced pipeline and/or revenue outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts to wide audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships
  • Solution-oriented, proactive mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity
