About the role

  • Design, develop, and maintain websites, landing pages, and interactive digital assets
  • Build responsive, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces optimised for customer engagement
  • Implement personalisation features, dynamic content, and interactive tools to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to bring creative concepts to life while ensuring scalability and usability
  • Act as the technical liaison for the marketing team, translating strategic goals into technical execution
  • Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to align digital experiences with overall business goals
  • Provide training and mentorship to non-technical colleagues on digital tools and platforms
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws such as GDPR and CCPA
  • Maintain accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1) for all digital properties
  • Document and maintain technical processes, integrations, and system configurations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a digital, technical marketing, or front-end design
  • Strong proficiency with front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
  • Strong proficiency in PHP, MongoDB and MySQL
  • Experience with Swift and Java a bonus
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
  • Solid understanding of SEO, UX principles, and analytics platforms such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
