About the role

  • Build and run integrated demand generation programs (ABM/ABX) targeting engineering and FinOps personas.
  • Own campaign planning, execution, and measurement across paid (search/social), email, webinars, content offers, and direct mail.
  • Partner with Sales and SDRs on named‑account plans, follow‑up cadences, and SLAs; align on ICP, personas, and offers.
  • Plan and optimize paid search and paid social; design email nurtures; orchestrate webinars and virtual events; package content offers.
  • Launch and iterate on landing pages; A/B test copy, offers, and forms to improve conversion rates.
  • Enhance routing, scoring, and nurturing in HubSpot and Salesforce with BizOps to drive speed‑to‑lead within minutes.
  • Use modern AI tools (generative AI for ideation/drafts, audience research, performance analysis) to accelerate workflows.
  • Maintain weekly dashboards and readouts; communicate insights, learnings, and next steps.
  • Own a quarterly pipeline goal and program budget; forecast and report on CAC, payback, and ROI.
  • Manage agency/contractor partners as needed.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years in B2B SaaS demand gen with clear pipeline ownership at an early‑ or growth‑stage company.
  • Proven ABM/ABX experience and tight alignment with Sales/SDR teams.
  • Hands‑on HubSpot (marketing automation + CMS) and Salesforce experience.
  • Strong LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads experience, including audience building and optimization.
  • Data‑driven operator: comfortable with attribution, funnel diagnostics, and building dashboards (HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker/BI, or equivalent).
  • Excellent project management and attention to detail; ability to write clear, persuasive campaign and landing‑page copy.
  • Experience with paid (search/social), email, webinars, content offers, and direct mail.
  • Experience partnering with Sales and SDRs on named‑account plans and follow‑up SLAs.
  • Familiarity with modern AI tools for ideation, audience research, and performance analysis.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with cloud infrastructure/FinOps buyers; experience with ABM/ops tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Clearbit, Mutiny, Chili Piper, Clay); basic spreadsheet/SQL skills.
