About the role

  • Responsible for increasing conversions (leads) and improving their quality, as well as the continuous development of the digital sales process
  • End-to-end management and optimization of our performance marketing channels and campaigns across the entire marketing funnel
  • In close collaboration with our performance marketing agency: planning, implementation and optimization of SEA campaigns (Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising) as well as paid social campaigns on relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Design and execution of A/B tests to optimize campaigns and landing pages
  • Ensuring effective and GDPR-compliant tracking and continuous performance monitoring of all initiatives
  • Preparation of reports, advising internal stakeholders and deriving actionable recommendations
  • Close collaboration with sales and other departments to ensure optimal alignment between marketing and sales
  • Management and coordination of external service providers (national and international)
  • Support and representation in social media, particularly in content and account management as well as active engagement with our target audience
  • Identification and evaluation of new performance marketing channels and trends to further develop our marketing mix
  • Support in developing content strategies for performance campaigns
  • Active involvement in the deployment and training of AI solutions, e.g., media mix modeling and large language models (LLMs), for data-driven optimization of our marketing activities

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, communications, business or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in performance marketing, ideally in a B2B or B2C environment
  • Solid knowledge of SEA (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) and paid social
  • Experience in social media management and community management
  • Confident use of common tracking and analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity, Call Tracking Metrics and VWO
  • Strong analytical skills and a high degree of results orientation
  • Enjoys data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization
  • Innovative mindset and willingness to test new approaches
  • Strong communication skills, team player and able to work independently
