Responsibilities
Provide answers to customers by identifying problems and assisting with incoming queries by telephone, email and live chat

Requirements
Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge and experience in FX will be considered advantageous
A team player with excellent communication skills
Fluency in Spanish/Portuguese and English is essential
Ability to work rotation shifts Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:00 & night shift 16:00 - 24:00 (The training will be on-site for 2-3 weeks, then hybrid with 1-2 days a week on-site)
Ability to work on public holidays and one Saturday & Sunday a month
