  • Walk customers through end-to-end processes and workflows
  • Serve as the key-account contact for future expansions and to ensure optimal system operation

  • Solid business education (ideally a university or university of applied sciences degree)
  • Professional demeanor
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong IT affinity / tech-savvy
  • Project management experience is a plus
