About the role

  • Be the primary contact for a portfolio of real estate clients, building trusted, long-term relationships.
  • Lead onboarding and deliver tailored training to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to drive measurable success.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally and share insights with product, engineering, and sales.
  • Manage renewals, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and achieve account growth targets.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and proactively reduce churn.
  • Stay across product updates, industry developments, and share best practices with clients.
  • Collaborate with your team to continuously refine and improve our customer success approach.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer success, account management, or client-facing role (SaaS or real estate industry experience a plus).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives on delivering value to clients.
  • Comfortable presenting and delivering training both online and in-person (occasional travel may be required).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, measure, and act on success metrics.
  • Minimum experience: Mid-level.
