About the role

  • Customer Success Executive working with clients to maximize value from Bright's products. Engaging throughout the customer journey to drive retention and growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers across all stages of their journey with Bright
  • Assist customers during the pre-sales phase of the sales cycle
  • Help customers successfully onboard onto our products
  • Guide customers to achieve full product adoption and maximum value
  • Drive customer retention, growth, and advocacy
  • Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities and coordinate with sales colleagues
  • Confidently discuss customer needs and potential solutions

Requirements

  • Experience working within a Customer Success team in a SaaS Company
  • Experience with Accounting/Finance/Payroll software is desirable
  • Learning Mindset: Willingness to expand knowledge to include additional flagship products
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong business and commercial understanding
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to present effectively to customers
