Responsibilities
Develop and optimize automated flows focused on conversion and LTV elasticity.
Analyze and implement improvements to optimize metrics.
Plan, develop and structure email marketing campaigns and/or other channels such as SMS, mobile push, browser push, among others.
Monitor campaign results and metrics to ensure they align with predefined indicators.
Improve and optimize campaigns based on results, conducting A/B tests, for example.
Identify the best contact/campaign tools according to each cluster, whether online or through more traditional channels, coordinating with internal areas responsible for offline contacts.
Generate weekly and monthly reports with insights for improvement aimed at optimizing efforts.
Implement a 360° view of the customer.
Provide business areas with insights focused on improving sales figures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field with knowledge in Technology and Statistics, or the reverse combination.
Strong knowledge of HTML, Web Analytics, Google Analytics, and databases is essential.
Analytical profile, strong logical reasoning, and comfort working with numbers.
Organized, proactive, initiative-taking, autonomous, and results-oriented.
Preferred: experience with relationship automation tools and engagement techniques.
Plus: experience with segmentation, tracking, data and campaign analysis, automation flows, email marketing, and push notifications.
