Responsibilities
Shadow and learn how to run project deployments: Work alongside experienced CSMs as they kickoff, set up, and train teams
Support planning routines: Help establish weekly planning sessions that become the cornerstone of project success (these routines are what separate good projects from great ones)
Assist with user activation: Learn how to move teams from weekly planning to daily coordination, multiplying the value Aphex delivers
Build relationships: Develop connections with the delivery team, Supervisors, Engineers, Project Managers, and Construction Managers who become champions for better planning
Monitor project health: Track adoption metrics and identify opportunities to improve how teams use Aphex
Requirements
A genuine interest in helping teams succeed
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
Curiosity and eagerness to learn about construction and technology
Organised approach to work with attention to detail
Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Nice to have (but not essential): Experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles
Familiarity with SaaS or technology platforms
Some experience or knowledge of construction is a bonus but is trumped by an eagerness to learn every day of the week.
