Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and optimize Grupo Artesanal's digital activities, including performance campaigns, CRM, e-commerce, content, and analytics;
Execute digital marketing routines with a focus on precision, discipline, and continuous improvement;
Run paid media campaigns, monitor performance, make optimizations, and track performance KPIs;
Develop periodic reports and analyses on traffic, conversion, and engagement;
Monitor the performance of the group's e-commerce sites, supporting content updates, campaigns, A/B tests, and improvements to UX and the conversion funnel;
Analyze indicators such as conversion rate, average order value, best-selling products, and cart abandonment;
Manage CRM flows and campaigns on the Dito and HubSpot platforms, performing segmentation, automations, and results tracking;
Produce data analyses, prepare management reports, and propose adjustments based on KPIs;
Work collaboratively with the Commercial, Franchises, Medical Relations teams, and external agencies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields.
Prior experience in digital marketing, performance, CRM, or e-commerce.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, media platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Advantage: experience with HubSpot, Dito, or similar platforms, and hands-on e-commerce experience.
