About the role

  • Customer Success Specialist at a software company providing ERP solutions for food service. Ensuring client satisfaction through support and training for optimal software use.

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional assistance and support for Pyramid Informatique applications, working directly with clients in the hospital and collective catering (food service) sectors
  • Guide users in onboarding and in the optimal use of the software
  • Deliver remote training as part of client engagements
  • Analyze client needs and issues to provide appropriate functional solutions
  • Write and maintain functional procedures and documentation, contributing to service quality
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of software solutions based on field feedback
  • Create or update functional user support materials
  • Actively contribute to customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements

  • Two-year degree (Bac+2) in food science, nutrition, or dietetics
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in collective catering/food service with a strong understanding of the sector's operational challenges (menus, regulatory requirements, on-site organization)
  • Comfortable with IT tools and industry-specific software
