Responsibilities
Own customer base growth, engagement, retention, and value for designated market(s) within APJ
Lead end-to-end management of the Email channel, including planning, development, execution, optimization, and performance
Analyze Channel and Customer performance to optimize campaigns and journeys
Champion Cross-channel integration to deliver cohesive customer experiences
Partner with central and local teams to connect business priorities with data-driven Customer opportunities
Be the custodian of Customer economics and KPIs
Drive AI-enabled tools and process improvements
Requirements
7+ years of CRM or customer engagement experience, ideally within digitally led consumer brands
CRM Expert with proven ability to drive customer value through lifecycle programs, segmentation, and personalized contact strategies
Hands-on expertise managing and optimizing email channel operations
Strong partnership and influencing skills
Understanding of CRM Measurement principles and data analytics
Clarity on customer data architecture and integration
Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud
