About the role

  • Customer Success Agent resolving client inquiries at a Berlin-based Healthtech startup. Utilizing analytics to improve customer service processes and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

  • You are the primary point of contact for our customers.
  • Actively support your team leads with data-driven analyses, process improvements and structured feedback.
  • Resolve customer inquiries (e.g., during onboarding, contractual or technical issues).
  • Ensure a first-class customer experience.
  • Analyse recurring customer inquiries and feedback and derive actionable recommendations.
  • Work closely with the Operations and Sales teams to ensure customer requirements are implemented efficiently and sustainably.
  • Identify optimisation potential in customer service and actively support team leads in IT- and AI-supported scaling, automation and process optimisation.
  • Take responsibility for the results and KPI development of your own areas and develop solutions for complex inquiries.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in customer service, ideally in a technology-driven environment.
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to identify and implement data-driven optimisation opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy and a confident manner — you can inspire customers about our product.
  • A structured, solution-oriented way of working and enthusiasm for scaling, automating and optimising processes.
  • Fluent German (C2) in speaking and writing and English at B2 level.
