About the role

  • Review and verification of returned commercial lending applications
  • Verify and validate all post client documentation for errors and/or discrepancies
  • Collaborate with our settlements team to ensure timely and accurate action of our customers’ requests
  • Identify opportunities to improve the processes within your team or work area
  • Undertake investigations in respect to customer requests and/or as a result of transactional or exception based issues
  • Contribute to and/or complete reconciliations
  • Complete general administrative duties as required
  • Practise prudent risk management by identifying and responding to business risks

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the home lending/commercial lending process or other highly operational role
  • Strong customer service experience with the ability to build relationships with relevant stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong work ethic with a team orientated outlook
