About the role

  • Serve as the first point of contact, directing customer inquiries to the appropriate department with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: C2 level of Dutch and English
  • Customer-focused with a genuinely friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
