About the role

  • Customer Support Representative managing inquiries and orders in SAP for global customers. Engaging with clients and teams in both German and English to facilitate order processes and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and review inquiries and orders from our international customers and subsidiaries
  • Create quotations and sales orders in SAP, including delivery date tracking
  • Technical clarification of orders and material research related to customer inquiries
  • Perform availability checks and ensure timely material supply
  • Communicate with customers and internal interfaces in German and English
  • Analyze and optimize material and inventory situations
  • Contribute to projects within the department

Requirements

  • Successfully completed technical training or degree in metalworking/electrical engineering; alternatively, a commercial apprenticeship with strong technical understanding
  • Experience in customer contact, a customer-oriented approach, and enjoyment of communicating with customers
  • Advanced user skills in MS Office and ideally SAP R/3
  • Project experience and a structured, process-oriented way of working
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Interest in taking responsibility and opportunities for personal development
