Responsibilities
Receive and review inquiries and orders from our international customers and subsidiaries
Create quotations and sales orders in SAP, including delivery date tracking
Technical clarification of orders and material research related to customer inquiries
Perform availability checks and ensure timely material supply
Communicate with customers and internal interfaces in German and English
Analyze and optimize material and inventory situations
Contribute to projects within the department
Requirements
Successfully completed technical training or degree in metalworking/electrical engineering; alternatively, a commercial apprenticeship with strong technical understanding
Experience in customer contact, a customer-oriented approach, and enjoyment of communicating with customers
Advanced user skills in MS Office and ideally SAP R/3
Project experience and a structured, process-oriented way of working
Good written and spoken German and English skills
Interest in taking responsibility and opportunities for personal development
