About the role

  • Account Support Specialist handling service requests and report generation for CEVA Logistics. Collaborating with various departments and using data analysis to improve internal processes.

Responsibilities

  • Process and resolve incoming service requests in the ticket system
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order processing and shipments via email
  • Manage inventory and assist in the purchasing process
  • Assist in shipment investigations
  • Generate reports using data from various systems and communicate relevant information to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Completion of a degree at MBO level 4
  • Proficiency in working with multiple systems and advanced Excel skills
  • Initiative-taking and situational awareness
  • Strong teamwork abilities
  • Proficient English language skills in both speaking and writing
  • Full-time availability during office hours is preferred
