Responsibilities

  • You lead, motivate and continually develop your operational team
  • You ensure your teams meet performance indicators (KPIs) and quality standards through analysis, coaching and training
  • You are responsible for implementing company policies and strategy within your teams
  • You conduct regular employee meetings and provide constructive feedback
  • You develop measures to optimize processes and improve efficiency and quality

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree, ideally in business administration, communications or a related field
  • Experience in coaching and motivating employees
  • Strong customer focus and service orientation
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Professional experience in a similar role with managerial responsibility, high motivation and team spirit
