Responsibilities

  • Receiving and handling customer inquiries (Zendesk & telephone)
  • Order entry, invoice preparation and follow-up
  • Close collaboration with technicians and field service partners
  • Analysis of technical faults and coordination of solutions
  • Preparation of statistics and ordering of spare parts

Requirements

  • Commercial or technical vocational training with some relevant professional experience
  • Enthusiasm for communication, organization and collaboration
  • Technical understanding and openness to new solutions
  • Self-motivated, independent and reliable work approach
  • Very good German, good English and confident use of MS Office
