About the role

  • Customer Service Representative responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues at Altium Packaging. Ensuring quality processes in packaging and customer service across U.S. locations.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by telephone or e-mail to provide non-technical problem resolution
  • Resolve routine and basic problems and communicates solution or requested information to the customer
  • Analyze a customer's service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow-up as needed
  • Monitor the blow mold machines to ensure quality of product and its processing
  • Order entry & maintenance
  • Shipping verification
  • Pricing verification
  • Input customer feedback into the Quality Database & Customer Feedback Database
  • Maintain customer files

Requirements

  • Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent
  • Prior manufacturing experience is desired
  • Two years prior customer service experience is required
  • An AS degree is preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Office is required
