About the role

  • Provide proactive (outbound) customer service for a fuel management fleet.
  • Work with multiple systems simultaneously.

Requirements

  • High school diploma;
  • Ability to work in a home office/remote model;
  • Have an appropriate home office setup (desk, chair and a quiet environment);
  • Reside in São Paulo / Greater São Paulo;
  • Availability to work on-site at the office in Vila Olímpia when required by the company/leadership;
  • Wired internet connection of more than 10 Mbps (do not use Wi‑Fi);
  • Ability to use multiple work platforms (Zendesk, WhatsApp, voice, chat, email and Microsoft Office);
  • Experience in customer service (SAC) — multiskill support: voice, WhatsApp and occasionally sending emails via Salesforce;
  • Availability to work a 6x1 rotating shift schedule (six days on, one day off).
