Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience in telephone-based customer service
  • Very good to native-level German language skills, spoken and written
  • Confident computer skills
  • Basic commercial understanding and a strong sales orientation
  • Flexibility, teamwork, and self-motivation
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Strong communication skills and conflict management
  • Persuasiveness and clear articulation
