About the role

Responsibilities

  • You create a positive experience for customers.
  • You handle customer inquiries by phone and in writing regarding contracts, tariffs, and invoices.
  • You answer questions about electricity and gas connections, assist with using the online portals, and take fault reports.
  • You advise on existing contracts and, when necessary, provide additional guidance.

Requirements

  • Experience in telephone customer service is an advantage
  • Very good to native-level German skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Basic commercial understanding and a sales-oriented mindset
  • Flexibility, team orientation, and self-motivation
