  • Complete comprehensive training program for customer service in the payment industry

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in Danish (spoken and written)
  • Good command of English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience is a bonus (not required)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer inquiries
  • Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using computer systems and various software applications
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
