About the role

  • Assist operational Ocean (Import/Export) for Southern Region activities
  • Assist on the customer Booking, reporting via Cargowise (CW) System
  • Work closely with the Ground & EDI team for Ocean shipment arrangement (Haulage/Trucking/Custom Clearance)
  • Minimize all operational costs
  • Liaise with customers, trucking, haulier, carriers, and CFS
  • Prepare AMS, ACI, FMC filing
  • Reconcile vendors and ports invoices
  • Ensure billing/pre-alert on time to customer or overseas office
  • Define and drive to achieve departmental goal (zero CCA and meet the Ocean KPI)
  • Attend to all customers enquiries and respond on time
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Management
  • Ensure compliance with the CEVA rules and regulations.
