About the role

  • Monitor the handling of orders by the warehouse team
  • Prepare, process and check required documents in accordance with the guidelines
  • Manage the administration of customer data (complaints, questions, appointments, customer data, overviews, KPIs)
  • Ensuring a good customer relationship by providing correct and timely information and maintaining contact with the customer
  • Participate in projects aimed at improvement within the LEAN philosophy with themes such as 5S and Kaizen

Requirements

  • MBO/HBO work and level of thinking, possibly supplemented with a course in logistics
  • Experience with service-oriented work
  • Social and communication skills
  • Stress resistant
  • Command of the English language in speech and writing
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel is a plus
