About the role

  • Provide customer service via email and social media, ensuring a warm and human-centered approach;
  • Support analyst teams in their direct interactions with customers;
  • Perform case-by-case analysis of various customer service requests;
  • Carry out customer delight initiatives;
  • Create written content for company channels such as social media, newsletters, and push notifications.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Easy access to our office in Rio de Janeiro — Rua Professor Álvaro Rodrigues, Botafogo/RJ;
  • Availability to intern from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
