About the role

  • Customer Service Representative ensuring service quality and operational reliability for customers through order follow-ups and daily interfaces with sales teams. Administrative management and ERP data analysis as key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure service quality and operational reliability: order follow-up (confirmation, delivery, invoicing, credit notes)
  • Daily interface with customers and sales teams
  • Administrative and accounting management (invoices, contracts, reporting dashboards)
  • Data updates and analysis via ERP (JD Edwards)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our customers in France.

Requirements

  • Very good level of English
  • Excellent command of Excel
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Strong customer service mindset
