Responsibilities
Coordenar embarques de importação marítima;
Reportar aos clientes todas as informações, por e-mail e sistema, visando mantê-lo ciente do andamento do processo;
Certificar-se da finalização do processo, através de informações dos sistemas da Receita Federal;
Liberar processo para financeiro, no sistema, visando prosseguir faturamento;
Conferir fatura do agente na origem, através de negociações realizadas para posterior fechamento de câmbio.
Requirements
Nível Superior completo ou cursando;
Inglês intermediário a avançado - será testado;
Experiência com agenciamento de cargas internacionais;
Experiência com embarques de importação marítima;
Experiência com importação marítima e atendimento ao cliente.
