About the role

  • Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person to provide assistance.
  • Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Find solutions for non-standard orders in line with company policies.
  • Regularly manage the open order portfolio to ensure correct and timely invoicing.
  • Create and maintain customer accounts.
  • Cooperate with the master data specialist for improvements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers & partners.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Provide training and support to CC colleagues and sales representatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamically changing environment.
  • Drive to achieve results & continuously improve.
  • Strong accountability and drive.
  • Accuracy & detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • SAP and Salesforce experience welcomed.
  • Professional working proficiency in English, German and French.
