About the role

  • Assistenz zur Unterstützung der Bereichsleitung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben. Planung von Terminen und Geschäftsreisen sowie Durchführung von Projekten im Bereich Packaging.

Responsibilities

  • Confident and professional support of the department head in all organizational and administrative matters
  • Planning and coordination of appointments, conferences and events
  • Preparation and processing of presentations, reports and minutes
  • Responsibility for organizing domestic and international business travel, including booking and travel expense processing
  • Conducting research and compiling information
  • Independently managing projects in the packaging area and liaising directly with international subsidiaries
  • Handling sensitive information and ensuring discretion in all matters

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial/vocational training (or equivalent qualification)
  • Several years of professional experience in an assistant role
  • Experience in an international corporate environment and strong intercultural competence
  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
  • Resilience and assertiveness
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
