Requirements
Customer focus, strong communication skills, team spirit and commitment
Completed training as an Insurance and Finance Clerk or an equivalent qualification
Initial experience in occupational pensions
Experience in customer support and a strong service- and results-orientation
Knowledge of service processes and experience handling complex insurance enquiries
Very good German language skills and confident use of common Office tools
