About the role

  • Analysing financial information of new and active customers and making recommendations based on this
  • Manage sales orders blocked and determine the next course of action
  • Support complex collection cases
  • Work with the legal department on litigation matters and actions to be taken for material disputes
  • Contribute actively to continuous improvement, automation and service/process enhancements

Requirements

  • Relevant education degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields
  • Ability to analyze financial information (Profit and loss statements, Cash flow, Balance sheet, Annual reports)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Fluent English (with strong written and oral communication skills)
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Good communication skills for interacting with different stakeholders
  • Team player with the ability to solve problems collaboratively
