About the role
- Analysing financial information of new and active customers and making recommendations based on this
- Manage sales orders blocked and determine the next course of action
- Support complex collection cases
- Work with the legal department on litigation matters and actions to be taken for material disputes
- Contribute actively to continuous improvement, automation and service/process enhancements
Requirements
- Relevant education degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields
- Ability to analyze financial information (Profit and loss statements, Cash flow, Balance sheet, Annual reports)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Fluent English (with strong written and oral communication skills)
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Good communication skills for interacting with different stakeholders
- Team player with the ability to solve problems collaboratively
