About the role

Responsibilities
- You will assume overall responsibility for quality and risk management across all facilities of our foundation, with a focus on clinical processes
- You will develop and manage an organization-wide quality management system
- You will prepare for and support certifications, internal and external audits and inspections
- You will continuously analyze and optimize processes to ensure a high level of care quality
- As a point of contact, you will advise managers and staff on quality- and risk-related matters
- In addition, you will oversee the CIRS (Critical Incident Reporting System), risk and complaints management and promote continuous improvement processes
Requirements
- Degree in a health-related field, e.g., health economics, nursing management, quality management or a comparable discipline; or vocational training in a medical or nursing profession with further qualification in quality management
- Several years of professional experience in quality and risk management, ideally in healthcare, with good knowledge of clinical processes and organizational structures
- Profound knowledge of relevant legal requirements, quality standards and certification procedures
- Ideally, experience in leadership or in the functional coordination of teams and projects
- Excellent communication and moderation skills as well as an analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Identification with the values of a church-affiliated employer
