Responsibilities
Manage and lead independent, complex insurance transformation projects.
Take overall responsibility for projects at the interface of business and IT, particularly in the areas of optimization, digitalization and transformation.
Strategically develop the consulting portfolio with a focus on innovative topics such as Customer Experience, Omnichannel Sales, Claims Management, AI, Core Platforms, Account Management and Digital Finance.
Acquire and support clients through targeted sales activities and by actively shaping tenders, pitches and other sales initiatives.
Leverage AI technologies for process optimization, data-driven decision-making and to support transformation initiatives.
Requirements
Several years of professional experience as a consultant in a management consultancy, insurance company, InsurTech or an insurance-related start-up.
Demonstrable experience leading complex projects using both traditional and agile methods and in managing interdisciplinary teams.
Solid expertise in insurance transformation, digitalization strategies and technology-based business models.
Strong sales and business development mindset with proven experience handling tenders and pitches.
An existing network in the insurance industry that you are willing to further develop.
Interest in AI applications and their potential to increase efficiency and drive innovation in insurance processes.
Successfully completed university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
Business-fluent German and English skills.
