About the role

  • Autonomous financial protection specialist dedicated to providing financial solutions for clients. Collaborating within a multi-channel selling environment and managing client portfolios in Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Initially, you will dedicate yourself exclusively to MAG Universidade’s preparatory course to obtain professional technical certification with SUSEP;
  • Identify potential clients to approach, using your personal network to schedule sales interviews and request referrals;
  • Conduct outbound telemarketing to schedule sales interviews;
  • Conduct sales interviews, identifying prospects’ financial protection needs and offering the most suitable solutions for each profile;
  • Manage your client portfolio with a focus on the financial sustainability of your business.

Requirements

  • High school diploma;
  • Aptitude for sales;
  • Broad social network (network of contacts);
  • Active presence on social media;
  • Experience as a self-employed, freelance, or entrepreneurial professional;
  • Experience with consultative selling and field sales routines.
