Responsibilities
Sell QBE products and services by delivering excellent customer service and fostering great relationships with customers via inbound calls
Deliver exceptional help to our customers and partners by managing inbound queries, on average 30-50 calls per day
Learn about our insurance portfolios and various partnerships to build strong relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders
Assist in the growth and retention of business by providing timely and effective solutions that adhere to QBE guidelines
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role will be an advantage
Clear, friendly phone manner; able to talk and type simultaneously
Strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
Quick to learn new systems; confident with computers and numbers
Calm and resilient in fast-paced environments
Builds rapport easily; delivers timely solutions to diverse customers
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
