About the role

  • Responsible for entry and managing client’s media schedules throughout duration of campaigns
  • Track bi-weekly updates for delivery performance to ensure campaign success
  • Prepare quarterly post-buy analysis and reporting for client issues on a timely basis
  • Responsible for promptly coordinating with the AP team to clear client billing
  • Maintain client budgets and reconciliation process across all investments
  • Establish and maintain relationships with media vendors
  • Manage day-to-day vendor and client requests across accounts
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, GoogleDoc, Word
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
