Responsibilities
Responsible for entry and managing client’s media schedules throughout duration of campaigns
Track bi-weekly updates for delivery performance to ensure campaign success
Prepare quarterly post-buy analysis and reporting for client issues on a timely basis
Responsible for promptly coordinating with the AP team to clear client billing
Maintain client budgets and reconciliation process across all investments
Establish and maintain relationships with media vendors
Manage day-to-day vendor and client requests across accounts
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, GoogleDoc, Word
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
