Responsibilities
Analyze, document, and optimize business processes with emphasis on IT- and software-supported automation
Plan and manage IT-related process improvement projects from conception through implementation
Gather and evaluate business requirements, define objectives, and translate them into actionable project plans
Create detailed documentation, including process maps, instructions, and project timelines
Assess impact of proposed changes and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders to align on project goals and timelines
Ensure business processes comply with internal standards and regulatory requirements
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and milestones using suitable project management tools
Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline
3–5 years of professional experience in business process consulting or IT project management
Experience in process design, mapping, and optimization
Successfully led or supported IT-driven process improvement or system implementation projects
Comfortable collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders
Experience with common project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) is a plus
PMP, PRINCE2, or comparable certifications are a bonus, but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong conflict resolution skills
Willing to travel and collaborate with teams across multiple locations
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
