Responsibilities
Lead with qualification to understand needs, pain, budget, and decision-making process.
Learn and adopt a structured, proven sales system by following and completing our playbooks.
Guide prospects through the sale leading them step by step to a solution that meets their needs, parameters, and requirements.
Prospect consistently to supplement Marketing leads.
Drive collaboration with Project Management, Design, & Production - ensuring clean handoffs, key details are carried forward, and needed support is secured.
Represent Acton ADU with professionalism and integrity, helping homeowners feel confident in their decisions.
Requirements
2-5 years sales experience preferably in a construction-related sales role.
Evidence of building and nurturing customer relationships, closing deals, identifying pain points, discovering and managing customer budgets, and employing a consultative approach.
Proven ability to generate your own leads and an understanding that the best leads often come from self-sourcing.
Self-starter and driven to exceed quotas and expectations.
Innate curiosity that leads to better questions, deeper understanding, and smarter qualification.
Strong conviction to tell a prospect when it’s not a fit.
Local to the Bay Area with the ability to travel throughout it and own reliable transportation.
Strong proficiency with CRM tools and personal accountability for keeping data accurate and up to date.
Familiarity with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.), Slack, and other team communication tools.
