Account Executive responsible for the entire sales cycle in the DACH region at elearnio. Driving customer engagement and collaboration with key stakeholders in HR and C-level management.
Responsibilities
You are responsible for the entire sales cycle through to contract signing and work closely with Customer Success and Marketing
Qualify and analyze customer situations across the organization and build business cases for elearnio based on those insights
Conduct online demos and presentations with a detailed introduction of our service offering, aiming to acquire new customers
Collaborate closely with Customer Success and the Product team to continuously optimize processes and services in the interest of our customers
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders – particularly within HR and C-level management
Develop and implement lead generation strategies in close coordination with the Marketing team
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience selling B2B SaaS or B2B services, ideally with exposure to mid-market companies
Solid experience in realistic forecasting and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets on time
Strong active listening skills and a focused, confident, and proactive communication style
Interest in technology products and software, especially in the EdTech sector
Ability to win the trust and enthusiasm of prospective customers through positive, energetic, and creative engagement
Native-level German (C2)
