Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, deal execution, and close.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate clients onto Bastion's platform.
Document learnings from every client interaction to inform pricing, packaging, and product priorities.
Run deals end-to-end from qualification to production.
Build and sustain a repeatable pipeline for consistent deal flow.
Scale the midmarket sales approach as the company grows.
Requirements
Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong understanding of product capabilities and regulatory positions
Experience with prospecting and outbound sales strategies
Proven track record of closing deals and managing client relationships
Comfort with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance
Understanding of the midmarket sales landscape.
