About the role

  • Sales role focused on acquiring and managing clients for innovative logistics software solutions. Collaborating with marketing and customer success teams to optimize client satisfaction and processes.

Responsibilities

  • You actively and passionately acquire new customers.
  • You handle inbound leads, nurture contacts, and successfully close them.
  • You create persuasive proposals, presentations, and contracts, and follow up until closing.
  • You work closely with our Marketing and Customer Success teams to optimally meet customer needs and continuously improve our processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics.
  • Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as a freight forwarding clerk (Speditionskaufmann/-frau).
  • Proven initial success in B2B sales or account management, ideally with software or logistics experience.
  • You impress customers with your confident presence and negotiation skills.
  • Independent, organized, and with a genuine hands-on mentality.
  • A true team player who always keeps customer needs in focus.
  • Excellent German and English skills.
