Continuous development and optimization of Revenue Operations and sales processes

Identify and engage multipliers to expand our sales network
Negotiation of contracts and partnerships
Requirements
Ideally, you have relevant experience in B2B sales; experience in recruiting/HR is a plus
You bring drive and have proven it in previous roles
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and very good English proficiency are essential
You are a team player, bring positive energy, and can convey it to others both externally and internally
