About the role

  • B2B Sales Executive promoting the advantages of newcomers for employers in Germany. Building lasting relationships with clients and collaborating with marketing for lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • You demonstrate that newcomers offer significant benefits to employers
  • You win new clients and nurture long-term relationships
  • Continuous development and optimization of Revenue Operations and sales processes
  • Further development of lead generation in collaboration with our Marketing team
  • Identify and engage multipliers to expand our sales network
  • Negotiation of contracts and partnerships

Requirements

  • Ideally, you have relevant experience in B2B sales; experience in recruiting/HR is a plus
  • You bring drive and have proven it in previous roles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and very good English proficiency are essential
  • You are a team player, bring positive energy, and can convey it to others both externally and internally
