About the role

  • Maintain and regularly update all client and project data within HubSpot CRM.
  • Liaise with builders to ensure construction milestones are met in line with agreed project timelines.
  • Track and follow up on builder progress, identifying and addressing any delays or required updates.
  • Proactively communicate with clients, providing timely updates and maintaining transparency throughout the construction process.
  • Log all correspondence and significant updates in HubSpot to ensure consistency and visibility across teams.
  • Manage client complaints in a calm, professional, and solutions-focused manner.
  • Support the Construction & Contracts Manager with documentation, reporting, and project tracking.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the day-to-day operations of the construction team.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or similar customer relationship management platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in construction administration, client liaison, or project coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and a client-first approach when managing issues or complaints.
