- Support the Construction & Contracts Manager with documentation, reporting, and project tracking.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the day-to-day operations of the construction team.
Requirements
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or similar customer relationship management platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in construction administration, client liaison, or project coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Demonstrated professionalism and a client-first approach when managing issues or complaints.
