Responsibilities
Responsible for the management of consultant contracts for the NSSWTP
Ensuring invoices are received, reviewed, processed and paid in a timely manner
Receiving and distribution of consultant invoices for review and approvals
Tracking and reporting costs
Administration of consultant agreements including determining scope of work, writing award letters, modifying contracts and coordination with Metro Vancouver Finance Department
Provide administrative support to the NS Commercial & Procurement Teams, including data entry and extraction, internal reporting, updating meeting minutes, claims & changes coordination
Requirements

Demonstrated minimum two (2) years of procurement and contract administration experience
Education or certification in Business Administration or equivalent is considered an asset
