Deliver product, technical, and consultative training to RIAs. Develop materials and manage training projects for Fidelity Institutional's custody and brokerage clients.
Responsibilities
Deliver product, operational services, and technical training, and consultative services to Registered Investment Advisors in person or virtually
Assist in the development of training materials and documentation as subject matter expert on products and services
Deliver web-based, telephone-based, video-based, and/or on-site training to drive operational efficiencies
Lead individual assignments and update resourcing tool to allow for capacity planning and provide status on client training
Demonstrate business knowledge by navigating Custody organization and building network of contacts
Manage relationship with RIA Clients, Bank Trust, Retirement Advisors and Record Keepers; establish rapport and understand roles and expectations
Communicate clearly, cultivate relationships, and support business decisions while raising issues when quality standards disagree with business goals
Requirements
4+ years of work experience in either a financial services or brokerage company
Undergraduate degree required
Travel required – approximately 15%
Prior training experience is preferred

Series 63 - FINRA
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
Outstanding communication skills, organization, accuracy, and detail orientation
Proficiency with MS Office; specifically PowerPoint and Word
Superior knowledge of Fidelity brokerage policy and procedures; knowledge of FCCS products and services preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
