About the role
- Client Implementation Specialist guiding onboarding for LTX Trading application at Broadridge. Collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure successful implementations and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Guide new customer accounts to a successful go-live on the LTX Trading application
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients
- Onboard new end users on a credit desk to an e-trading system
- Work with client integration and deployment teams to ensure all InfoSec and security requirements are satisfied
- Communicate client feedback to relevant teams internally
- Coordinate Disaster Recovery testing requirements internally and externally
- Lead training sessions on system functionality to relevant client end users
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Information Technology, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in software implementation, project management, client services, or a related role
- Familiarity with investment management concepts, including portfolio management, execution, regulatory reporting, and trade compliance
- Familiarity with market structure and trading technology for fixed income and credit markets
- Strong technical skills with an eagerness to learn
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills
- FINRA Licensed (Series 7 & SIE) - must obtain within first 6 months if not already licensed
- Experience working at an e-trading platform in any asset class, preferably fixed income.
